Our Belief

Back to God Ministries is a member of churches together in Upper Norwood. We also work together with churches in Croydon as Kenyan Back to God. We are a warm and friendly church, our visitors always want to come back and they tell us that our ushers and our way of worship bring them close to God.

 

We believe that everything we use and have and do is a gift on loan from God. Freely given, freely give. Love your neighbour as thy self. We welcome all God's people no matter their language or colour or creed. We welcome people to return to God that he may heal their lives and land.

 

The bible says “Every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor- it is the gift of God. Ecclesiastes 3:13b. Our church and unity is based in prayer. We believe that prayer is not simply getting things from God but prayers is getting into perfect communion with God for the bible says in Psalms 70:4b - let those who love your salvation say continually, “Let God be magnified.
